My husband and I were stationed overseas our whole entire home buying process with Maryanne and she made the entire process incredibly easy for us.
She was always willing and available to show us a house that we were interested in and worked with us and our 7 hour time difference. We had challenges from start to finish with our home build process (on the builders side), but Maryanne was always there to help get things figured out with the builder and keep us well informed. She took lots of photos and would meet us at the build site whenever we wanted to check on progress. She managed to make us feel like we were her number one priority all while dealing with two separate family emergencies in two separate states! We only had one day in town to see houses, so She arranged a full-day marathon of around 15 houses and we submitted an offer that evening. Excellent transaction and everything went very smoothly. When it was time to PCS again in late 2019, Maryanne took excellent care of us and our house. We had to move before we could sell the house. Maryanne coordinated multiple contractors to get our house ready for market. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, with frequent check ins and updates. I can not recommend Maryanne more. If you want to feel confident that your selling or buying of a home is in the BEST hands, Maryanne is the one to call.
